People are always asking me about success.

They want to know about networking. Now networking is something most people don’t like to do.

Because it is net-work. It’s not net-sit.

You don’t just get to sit around and eat the cake and eat the cheese and crackers and the wine and hope people come to you.

You got to hustle, you got to grind, you got to work when you’re in the network.

Now hustling and grinding does not mean you go around with business card in hard, and vomiting a sales pitch to everyone you meet.

That’s the best way to downsize your network. Instead you want to look for ways to help people in your network get what they want and need.

Then, because of the power of reciprocity, your network will look for ways to get what you want and need.

I got a million other things to say about networking, but I only got a couple minutes.

So, I’ll give you the highlights reel about networking.

Networking is your net worth. And if you look at companies, if you look at superstar athletes, superstar celebrities, they have huge networks.

And the bigger the network the bigger your net worth and the more money you’re going to make.

I love what Robert Kiyosaki says about networking.

He says there’s two type of people in the world: those who build networks and those who look for work.

Now personally guys, I haven’t had a job in years. I can’t even remember the last time I had a T-4 or a paycheck and a T-4 is, you know, the thing from the government that says you have a job.

I’m gainfully unemployed. When I meet people I tell them I’m unemployed.

I haven’t had a job in a long time, but I do make quite a bit of money because I network, I build my network, I spend money on my network, I make sure that I’m looking after my network and it is the number one place where your opportunities are going to come from.

If you need employees for your business they’re probably coming from your network.

If you need investors, they’re probably coming from your network.

If you need customers they’re probably coming from your network.

And if your network’s exhausted you got to grow your network.

This game is all about the network and growing the network if you want to be successful in business or in life in general.

Respect The Grind,
