On September 12, 2012 I loaded my first video on YouTube. It was a simple, two minute video promoting our real estate joint venture partnerships. You might say that since that time, I have become somewhat of a machine. We have since produced a total of 494 videos  that have been viewed 130 886 times as of this writing with 845 subscribers. In the last month alone, over 534 hours of video has been watched on my YouTube channel.

Now, am I sharing this to brag?  Well, maybe a little.  Truthfully, I am more blown away by those numbers. You see, we all tend to be our own biggest critics. So even though I try to deliver high quality value and content in each video to give you a takeaway that you can use in your own investing career, I am truly humbled by those numbers, and grateful you get so much value from my channel.

That is the reason why I chose to write this post. You see, I go through my videos from time to time. I want to know which videos have made an impact, where our viewers are most engaged, and what type of content they need the most. I do that so I can create more videos that address those needs, those questions, and the comments made by the viewers. Also, as much as I would love for you to watch all 494 videos on my channel, that can be a daunting task and use up a ton of your time, time you can spend building your real estate portfolio. So here are the top ten best videos from my YouTube Channel.

Number 10:

This video has been watched 1744 times and is the final video in a series of one of the ugliest houses I ever flipped. The transformation is amazing and this house sold fast to a first time home buyer. You also get to see me almost get buried under an armoire avalanche. Try not to laugh too hard at my expense.

The problem is, too many people either don’t know their numbers, or they don’t follow the simple formula that I lay out in this video and as a result they lose money. Watch this video and learn my formula for buying and flipping houses properly.
