Being Busy Doesn’t Mean You Are Being Productive.

Now I hear something all the time, and it’s “I’m busy.” Screw you and screw your business. I’ve had enough of it. Busy actually means lazy. If somebody’s busy, if they say they’re busy, it means that they’re lazy and they’re just not thinking about it. Everybody’s busy. Everybody uses the same twenty four hours in the day, the question is, are you productive?

So many people, I’ve been employing people in my office, direct employees for the last two years, and I hear, I’m busy, busy, busy, all the time. But at the end of the day, busy doesn’t matter. All that the world cares about is what did you produce, what got done? Everybody can be busy. Facebook can be busy. Watching TV can be busy. Watching Netflix can be busy. Playing video games can be busy. But at the end of the day, what got produced, what was productive in your day? There’s a huge difference there and if you can differentiate busy time from productive time, you’re going to make a whole lot more money.
