What is leverage and how do I use leverage?
Now leverage is something that every single rich person uses in the world. If you are rich, you use leverage.
It could be other people’s time, other people’s money, other people’s talent, other people’s assets, other people’s intellectual property, other people’s products, other people’s audiences, other people’s list.
Whatever it is, typically, if you want to go big with something, if you want to make a lot of money, you need to use other people’s resources and leverage is your ability to control and not own those resources.
Maybe you have a product and you need an audience, you can use other people’s audiences and leverage that.
Maybe you have a real estate deal and you don’t have any money, you can leverage other people’s money.
Learning to use leverage is the number one way that people become rich any where, any time, as far as history goes back and as far as history is going to go forward, leverage is the key.
So if you take anything out of today’s blog post, learn to use leverage. The more leverage you have, the higher your net worth will be. So go out and start leveraging.
